Iron Valkyrie ("the App") is developed by Arturo Escobedo ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
Iron Valkyrie does not require account creation and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
The App uses Unity Gaming Services (UGS) to provide online leaderboards. When you play, UGS assigns your device an anonymous player ID used only to record and display leaderboard scores. This ID is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.
The App stores your game progress (chapters completed, loadout, settings, scores) locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is deleted if you uninstall the App.
The App uses the following third-party service:
Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies) — for anonymous leaderboard functionality. See Unity's privacy policy at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Iron Valkyrie does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account creation, location access, or contact information from any user.
Leaderboard scores associated with your anonymous player ID remain on Unity's servers until you uninstall the App or request removal by contacting us below. Local game data is stored only on your device.
You can play Iron Valkyrie without an internet connection; leaderboard features simply will not be available offline. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same location with an updated "Last updated" date.
